Broccoli Pear Salad

It’s pear season again! This salad would be a wonderful side dish to several of my dishes.
Which one do you think it would pair the best with? I’m thinking my Thanksgiving Lasagna.

Cherry Tomatoes
Blue Cheese
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Slice the broccoli heads into small bite size pieces, steam or boil until they’re soft. Here I prefer it a little softer than I would make it if I just had broccoli by itself.
Cut the pear and the cherry tomatoes into small wedges or slices, toss them in a bowl with the cooked broccoli, crumble blue cheese into it, and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Simple and very delicious
