Your guests will surely ask you for the recipe and then all you need to do is point them to my blog 😉 Soft Flat Bread Tomato Sauce Field Roast Mexican Chipotle Grain Sausage Baby Spinach Cheddar Cheese or Vegan Cheddar and/or Vegan Parmesan Cheese Heat your oven to 350 Add some olive oil to a tray and place the flatbread on top, let the oil sink into it for a moment and then turn it over. This way you get a little oil on both sides which adds to the flavor. This is the bread I used, but any thin flatbread will do Cover the bread with tomato sauce, spinach and thinly sliced sausage. Cover with lots of cheese and place in the oven. I used both yellow dairy cheddar and vegan parmesan here It’s ready when the cheese has melted and the spinach is soft. Delicious, notice that the vegan white parmesan melts just as well as the cheddar. Share
