Make a chana masala. Heat vegetable samosas in the oven (package will tell you how long and at what temperature).
Once the samosas are done put them in a bowl, add chana masala and top with plain yogurt, chutneys, chopped onion and a sprinkle of hot Indian chili powder.
SO GOOD!!! Make a lot!

Chana Masala spice
Saute chickpeas and onion in in a peanut oil or olive oil.
Add tomato sauce and spices and let it putter for a while, the longer the better.
